Return and Refund Policy
At LubenCraft, we strive to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
· The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
· The item must be in the original packaging.
· You must provide the original proof of purchase.
· The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
· Custom-made or personalized items.
· Items that have been installed, modified, or altered.
· Items not purchased directly from LubenCraft
· Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, abuse, exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures, normal wear and tear, abnormal use, effects of excessive dryness such as splitting or excessive shrinking, burns, food stains, chemical stains, and/or acts of God.
· Items designed based on incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Return Process
1. Request a Return: contact our sales assistance or customer service team at info.calgary@lubencraft.ca to initiate a return. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
2. Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.
4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets our return conditions, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days. If the item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you and no refund will be issued.
Refunds
If a product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the 10-year warranty period, LubenCraft. will, at its discretion:
· Repair the defective component.
· Replace the defective component with a new one.
· Issue a credit adjustment for the defective component.
If the warrantable product is no longer in current production, an alternate solution will be sought. Installation fees are not included in the warranty and are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged under the terms of our warranty policy. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our sales assistance or customer service team at info.calgary@lubencraft.ca.
Measurements and Liability
LubenCraft is not liable for designs based on incorrect measurements provided by the customer. The kitchen cabinets can be replaced or returned only if LubenCraft took the measurements.
